Subimods.com has taken every step possible to ensure your online shopping experience with us is safe and secure. All orders must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card. As we confirm this address with the credit card company. This is only to fully ensure that you, the cardholder, is the one receiving the product you are paying for. We do not share, sell or distribute any of your personal information. If paying with PayPal, be sure to include the proper shipping address associated with that particular PayPal account. All customers agree to these terms and conditions upon checking out on Subimods.com. These policies are in place to ensure customer satisfaction and fairness to all of our valued customers.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Subimods.com is not responsible for any damages which may have occurred during the shipping process. Subimods.com does everything within its power to ensure your product leaves our facility in the best possible condition. However, if damage does occur to your shipped package, contact us immediately. As we will assist where possible. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product which was shipped, be sure to check everything prior to signing for it. We insure all the products for the full dollar amount, so the responsibility will fall on the shipping carrier. WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY! **Method of shipping can be changed by Subimods.com without notice if neccessary. This may be done to expedite an order or to offer lower shipping pricing for you, the customer. In addition, certain companies will only ship a certain way, (UPS instead of FedEx, FedEx instead of UPS, etc etc). Therefore the shipping method will be changed automatically. When you submit your order, you agree to these shipping terms, as sometimes, it is out of our control. Chemicals and Fluids are required to ship ground, no exceptions. If you select any express shipment for chemical products, we will credit the difference and ship the order ground. Ground shipments do not carry a guarenteed time in transit and Subimods.com will not be held accountable for delays in transit.
- Privacy & Security
- All products listed here on Subimods.com are presumed to be in stock at all times, as we do our best to keep all the best product lines stocked, at all times. However, due to high sales volume, backorders, referrals, and other issues can and do occur from time to time. If we do not have a product physcially in stock, we will then drop ship the product from the manufacturer, as we are direct and authorized with all of the top leading brands. Products are discontinued sometimes without notice from the manufacturer, and the manufacturer is behind its manufacturering schedule at times. These instances are beyond our control, therefore we are not resposible if this occurs. If your order will not be shipping out in the specified time frame noted on the website, you will be notified via email, or telephone. From there, we will hold the order until further notified by you, the customer, to either continue with the order despite the delay, or cancel the order. If we do not receive a response from you, the customer, then we will keep your order in "processing" until the product becomes available and we will immediately ship it to you, once it is made available. If there is a price mistake on Subimods.com, then you will be notified asap. Prices are always changing and Subimods.com will not be held responsible for an incorrect price listing on the website.
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns or order cancellations are at the sole discretion of Subimods.com. Once an order is shipped to you, the customer, whether it leaves our facility, from the manufacturer, or is drop shipped from another venue, we will not accept any returns or cancellations. So be sure you want the item you are ordering prior to submitting the order and agreeing to our terms and conditions. This is done to make the transaction faster and smoother. However, if an issue occurrs, please contact us and we will do what we can. If it is determined that you can send product back, the product must be returned with its original unopened packaging, directions, paperwork, etc. If there is an issue with the product, whether it be craftsmanship, quality, condition, functionality, Subimods.com is not and will held responsible. You must address any product issues with the manufacturer directly, as we only list the products that the manufacturer distributes for resale. There is a minimal 25% restocking fee that applies to all orders that are returned to Subimods.com. All returns must be made within 7 days of invoice date. So you must contact us prior to returning the product and obtain a return number. If you do not obtain a return number, your product will not be accepted and will be shipped back. We can only take back items which are new, sealed in the original retail packaging. Any clearance or used products can not be returned, all sales final. All sales are final for electrical items. We do not refund shipping fees, as it is the customers responsibility to return the package back to our facility. If the product is damaged upon being returned to us, we will not accept it. Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE when returning an item to Subimods.com. We do our best to perfectly fill every order, but accidents do happen. We will make it right and resolve the issue asap. However, you must contact us within 7 Days, or the sale is final. When you process an order through Subimods.com, you agree to all terms listed herin. Remember, once an order is placed, you have agreed to these terms and conditions. Subimods.com will not and can not be held liable for the quality of a part, as you must address your issues with the manufacturer directly.
- Ordering Processing
- Once an order is placed, please allow 2 Business Days for order processing. We house a very, very, very large amount of inventory. We work very hard to ship your product the same day the order is placed. We have a 2 Day Processing Period to ensure everything is correct prior to the product being shipped to you. Therefore, if you place an order, the order may not ship for two days to allow for proper processing. If an extended time is required due to any issue, you will be notified asap by email or telephone.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Subimods.com accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal as forms of payment online. We do not accept personal checks. We can accept money orders, but you must contact us in advance to make proper arrangements.
- Viewing Orders
- You may view your order simply by logging into your account. You will be updated accordingly as your account status is updated with payment processing information and shipping information. Any issues, please call or email us.

Warranty
All items purchased from Subimods.com are covered through the manufactures warranty. Subimods.com does not provide any warranty for any of the products. However, if an incident occurs that requires you to follow through with a product warranty, please contact us so we can help you with this process.
Warranty Notice
The installation of some aftermarket parts may void your vehicles factory warranty. Prior to installation, you should consult with your local dealership and determine if the part does affect your warranty. Subimods.com does not assume any responsibility and/or liability for your vehicles warranty being voided. You should also check the laws and statutes that relate to your specific area, related to vehicle modification.
Product Installation
Subimods.com is an aftermarket parts dealer. As a customer of Subimods.com, you know that all parts from Subimods.com are considered for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. You should check your local laws and statutes prior to installing any aftermarket parts. Subimods.com is not responsible for the installation of these products on your vehicle, any damage which may occur as a result of the installation of these products on your vehicle, and any void to your vehicles warranty as a result of the installation of these products. Subimods.com recommends you have a factory certified mechanic install your parts & accessories.
Billing Problems
You will not be billed until the product you have purchased is ready to be shipped out. Every credit card is authorized once the order is submitted, but we do not collect funds until we are ready to ship your order out. This is to ensure your product is ready to be shipped to you, and it meets both of our satisfactory needs. If there has been a billing order, please contact us immediately.
Order Cancellations
An order may only be cancelled if done so before the product is shipped. Once it is shipped, we do not accept any returns, unless there is a issue caused by us the shipper.
International Orders
